We are committed to making the Beza site usable and welcoming for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our reference point and we work toward those criteria as the site grows and changes.

We want to be straightforward with you: accessibility is ongoing work, and we do not claim that every part of the site meets every standard at all times. We review the site as we build, we fix what we find, and we treat feedback from visitors as part of that process.

Text alternatives for meaningful images. Clear headings and page structure. Keyboard access to menus, forms, and every interactive control. Visible focus indicators. Color contrast that holds up. Layouts that reflow on small screens and support zoom. Product information carried in text, not only in imagery.

We connect with our community through third-party platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, and the site relies on some third-party services such as payment and analytics tools. These are not managed by Beza and may present barriers outside of our control.

If you encounter a barrier or need support using this site, we genuinely want to hear about it. Email help@bezaheadwear.com with "Accessibility" in the subject and tell us the page and what happened. We reply within two business days, we work to fix confirmed barriers promptly, and we will help you complete whatever you were trying to do in the meantime. Your feedback shapes what we improve next.
