Terms of Service

Site content, products and prices may change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude tax and shipping. Imagery is representative, and pre-launch imagery may be intentionally obscured. Pricing and description errors may be corrected, and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.

An order is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or price or stock error. The contract forms when we send shipping confirmation.

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Final-sale items are marked as such.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier.

Joining the waitlist reserves no stock and fixes no price. You agree to submit only an email address you own or are authorised to use.

The Beza name, wordmark, product designs, photography and site content are ours or licensed to us. Beza™ is a trademark of BEZA LLC; the mark is currently unregistered, BEZA LLC claims common-law trademark rights, and the process of obtaining U.S. federal registration is underway. Unauthorized use of the Beza name or logo, including on products, packaging, or marketing, is prohibited.

No disruption of the site or its infrastructure, no mass scraping, and no unlawful use.

The site is provided "as is." Implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under California consumer protection statutes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEZA LLC and its members, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by California law, with venue in Orange County, California. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@bezaheadwear.com and give us 30 days to work it out informally.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BEZA LLC regarding the site.
