Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Once your payment is verified, most orders leave our Southern California warehouse within one to two business days.

The Lido Collection is launching soon. Numbered first edition orders ship together when the collection releases, and we will email you before anything moves. Everything on this page applies from the day your order ships.

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once your order ships, depending on where you are. Carrier estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and weather or peak seasons can add a day or two.

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking the moment your hat ships. If a tracking link has not updated in a few days, reach out and we will look into it with the carrier.

We currently ship within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available yet. Join the list and you will be the first to know when that changes.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute a package once it is with the carrier, and we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake right away, email us and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

If your package is marked delivered but has not turned up, give it 48 hours, then check with neighbors and your local carrier. Still missing? Email orders@bezaheadwear.com with your order number and we will work it out with you.
