Information you give us: your email address when joining the waitlist; your name, shipping address, phone number and order details when you make a purchase; and anything you send us by email. We do not collect payment card numbers; our payment provider receives those directly.

Collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location from your IP address, via cookies and similar technologies used by our platform and analytics providers. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them through the cookie banner.

To send the launch announcement and marketing you asked for; to fulfil and support orders; to prevent fraud; to measure our marketing; and to improve the site. We rely on your consent for marketing email and on contractual necessity for order fulfilment.

Service providers acting on our behalf: our ecommerce platform, email marketing providers, analytics, advertising platforms, payment processor and shipping carriers, each of which may use your information only to provide services to us. We also share information where required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Use of advertising and analytics cookies may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer or through a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.

California residents have the right to know, access, delete and correct their personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information, without discrimination for exercising any of these rights. Authorised agents may submit requests with proof of authorisation.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages, not transactional order messages such as receipts and shipping updates.

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We update the date above when this policy changes and will email notice of material changes.
