Right now, this site does one thing: it lets you join the Beza waitlist. We collect your email address when you choose to give it to us, and, with your consent, we use standard analytics cookies to understand how people find and use the site. We don't sell your information. Ever.

Beza is a headwear brand operated by BEZA LLC, a California limited liability company ("Beza", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at hello@bezaheadwear.com.

Your email address. If you join the waitlist, we store the email you submit. That's the only information you actively give us on this site.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, things like which pages you view, how you arrived here, your approximate location (city level), your device and browser type, and how long you stay. This data is collected through cookies and is aggregated; we don't use it to personally identify you.

We use your email address to:

• Let you know when our first drop launches.
• Send occasional updates about Beza, we keep these rare and worth opening.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and we won't email you again.

We use analytics data to improve the site and understand where our audience is coming from, nothing more.

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. This site uses them in two ways:

• Essential cookies, used to remember your cookie preference itself. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics, only after you accept them via the cookie banner. The Google Analytics script loads in a privacy-safe mode (Google Consent Mode) with all tracking switched off, until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is stored.

You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites via Google's browser add-on.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work: our email platform (to store the waitlist and send the launch email), our hosting provider, and Google (for analytics, if you've accepted cookies). Each of these providers is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Wherever you live, we honor the basics: you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@bezaheadwear.comand we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights, and we honor those too.

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.

Beza will eventually become a full online store. When that happens, this policy will be updated to cover things like order information, shipping addresses, and payment processing, and we'll note the change here with a new "last updated" date. Payments will be handled by established payment processors; we will never store your card details ourselves.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting how we use your email will be communicated by email.
